These terms are between you and Prentiz LLC ("Prentiz", "we", "us"). By using Prentiz, you agree to them. If something doesn't make sense, just reach out — we're happy to explain.

What Prentiz is

Prentiz is a study tool that delivers daily micro-lessons, quizzes, flashcards, and audio summaries for professional licensing exams — all through WhatsApp. Think of it as a smart study partner that meets you where you already are.

How lessons are delivered

We send your lessons via WhatsApp. That means you'll need a WhatsApp account and a phone number to use Prentiz. WhatsApp is operated by Meta — their own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of their platform.

Pricing and billing

Prentiz costs $9.99/month after any free trial period. We'll always tell you before we charge you. You can cancel anytime — no hidden fees, no awkward phone calls, no guilt trips.

Free trial

From time to time, we offer free trial periods (like our current 3-month early access offer). During a trial, you get full access at no cost. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins.

What Prentiz is not

Prentiz is a study aid. We help you prepare for licensing exams, but we can't guarantee you'll pass. Exam results depend on many factors — how much you study, your prior knowledge, the specific exam, and more. We do our best to give you a great foundation, but the final result is on you.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your phone number and contact info up to date. Don't share your account or let someone else use it as if they were you.

Our content

The lessons, quizzes, audio, and flashcards we create are owned by Prentiz LLC. You're welcome to use them for personal study, but please don't redistribute, resell, or republish them.

Things can go wrong

We work hard to keep Prentiz running smoothly, but we provide it "as is." We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If WhatsApp goes down, or a message doesn't deliver, we'll do our best to fix it — but we can't guarantee 100% uptime.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll post the changes here. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know via WhatsApp or email.
