Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what Prentiz LLC ("Prentiz", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. No surprises.

What we collect

  • Contact info — your name, email address, and WhatsApp phone number (so we can deliver your lessons)
  • Learning data — which topics you've completed, quiz answers, your progress through a course (so we can personalize your experience)
  • Messages — what you send us on WhatsApp, including questions about course content (so our AI can help you)
  • Usage data — basic analytics like page views on our website (via Vercel Analytics)

Why we collect it

  • To deliver your daily lessons and quizzes on WhatsApp
  • To track your progress and personalize your study plan
  • To answer your course questions with relevant, accurate information
  • To improve Prentiz and understand how people use it
  • To communicate with you about your account or important updates

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. Ever. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it to target you with ads. Your data is used to make Prentiz work for you — that's it.

WhatsApp and third parties

We use WhatsApp (by Meta) to deliver your lessons. When you use WhatsApp, Meta's own privacy policy applies to how they handle your data on their platform. We also use a small number of trusted services to run Prentiz — things like hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), and AI (OpenAI) — and they only process data as needed to provide their services to us.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as you have an active account. If you cancel and ask us to delete your data, we will. Some data may be retained in backups for a short period, but we won't use it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Show you what data we have about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete your data entirely

Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. That said, no system is 100% bulletproof — we do our best, but we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update this page and let you know. We won't quietly change how we use your data.
